Camp WIRL is a week-long camp that runs Monday through Friday, from
9:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
The first part of the day will focus on the importance of developing healthy fitness habits. Too many pressures are placed on our girls to be skinny and perfect. They are bombarded with it through television, magazines, radio, billboards and everyday in school from their own peers. Anorexia, bulimia and on the flip side obesity is out of control.

The beginning of each day will be spent teaching the girls the importance of and how much fun exercise can be. Healthy habits formed now will stick with them for a life time. This part of our camp will be run by the owner and founder of
The next part of the day will have a different guest speaker each day of the week. Some of the topics to be discussed consist of:
*** These are just a few of the speakers that will be attending the Camp WIRL this summer. The last portion of the day will be spent enriching the girls reading and mathematics skills. They will have a choice on which enrichment program to attend. We will wrap up the day with WIRL TALK . . . some girl time. The girls will be given their own journals in which to keep their thoughts.
